Walter Benjamin, resident of Marion, passed Dec. 19, 2017, at his residence. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 31 at Hopewell Baptist Church at 1 p.m. with the Rev. CleArthur Billingsley officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopewell Church Cemetery with Melvin Miller Funeral Service directing.
