Idella Minter-Sturdivant, 44, of Selma, passed away Nov. 29, 2017, at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church with pastor Bryan Starks. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her mother, grandparents and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Sturdivant; father, Henry R. Minter; daughters, Ashley Minter, Makaayla Jones-Minter and Sha’Kiyah Minter; brother, pastor Henry C. Minter; and two grandchildren.
