Mr. Azell Ford, 85, of Selma, passed away Nov. 28, 2017, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Kirk Ellison officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Ford; children, Azalee Thomas, Jimmy (Cassandra) Ford, Jeffery (Felicia) Ford, Bernice Ford, Eliza Means, Della Ford, Norma Hopson, Peggy Lewis (Tayna) Ford and Thomas (Linda) Ford; brother, Thomas (Eve) Carter; sister, Martha Walker; sister-in-law, Emma Davis; 36 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
