Viola Fain, age 100, of Selma, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Blake officiating. Burial will follow at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from noon until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is preceded by her husband, Joseph Robert Fain; daughter, Judith Long; and son, Johnny Fain.

Mrs. Fain is survived by her daughter, Edith Fisher (Ed); son, Buddy Fain (Henrietta); son-in-law, Bert Long; sister, Marie McKay; grandchildren, Kelly Massey (David), Kenneth Smith Jr., David Smith (Kendell), Shelia Bishop (Nick), Daniel Smith, Bobby Fisher (Miki), Melody Bagley (Doug), Kevin Childs (Casey) and Richard Long; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be David Massey, David Smith, Daniel Smith, Bert Long, Kenneth Smith Jr. and Kenneth Smith Sr.
