Ms. Mattie L. Thompson Jr., 86, of Selma, passed away Nov. 1, 2017, at Noland Facility in Montgomery.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at noon at Little Rock Church with the Rev. Al Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service.

Survivors include two sons, Earnest Rowden and Frank Beal; seven daughters, Martha Thames, Lenora Peasant, Willie E. Thompson, Mary J. Robinson, Cherron Black, Mattie L. Thompson and Neechele C. Thompson; 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
