Joyce Wilson Harrell Vaughan of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, formerly of Selma, died peacefully on Nov. 9, 2017, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, following a long illness.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathryn Harrell Tullos (Jesse); two sons, James Fonzy Harrell of Enterprise and Michael Douglas Harrell of Opp; a sister, Elna Wilson Scales (John) of Selma; and numerous other extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Travis Barnes officiating with visitation immediately prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. Graveside service will be at New Live Oak Cemetery following the chapel service.
