Opal Mae Dunkin, age 70, of Valley Grande, passed away Nov. 7, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Olive Wallace; and brother, Alton Wallace Jr.

Surviving are her husband, Comer Dunkin; children, Lisa D. (Tim) Williams and Dennis (Dianna) Dunkin; brothers, Winston Wallace and Ronnie (Cindy) Wallace; sisters, Joyce Wallace and Kathie (Mitchell) Dees; grandchildren, Cooper (Lauren) Dunkin, Seth Williams, Alicia Dunkin, Autumn (Ryan) Johnson and Fayth Williams; and great-grandchildren, Clara Dunkin and Bennett Dunkin.

Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rod Rochester officiating.  Interment will be in Pine Flat Baptist Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-2 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Russell Martin, Cooper Dunkin, Kad Gates, Ryan Dunkin, Leroy Chisenal, Robert McLeroy and Jody Ruder. Flowers will be accepted or memorial gifts may be made to Cornerstone Church, 2410 W. Dallas Avenue, Selma, AL 36701.
