Heaven gained an angel on Oct. 25, 2017.

Born on July 16, 1942, and raised in Selma, Peter McMilion, 75, passed away at his daughter’s house in Knoxville, Tennessee surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet Briggs McMilion, daughters, Jan McMilion, Kim McMilion Lloyd and Libby McMilion, and four grandchildren, David Hadaway, Kalli McDaniel, Jack Lloyd and Avery McMilion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Daniel McMilion and Elise Cothran McMilion, sister,Lisa McMilion DeBardeleben, and brother, Louis McMilion.

After retiring from sales/management, his mission was to win souls for Christ.

At his request, he will be cremated and there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, the family request your prayers at this time.
