Mr. Jessie Turner, 63, of Selma, passed away Oct. 10, 2017, in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Gospel Tabernacle Church with the Rev. John Grayson officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is survived by his mother, Louise Thompson; three sons, Jessie Turner Jr., Ronald Stallworth and Steven Watts; five daughters, Charrisa Dillard, Jessica Wats, Amanda Stallworth, Samantha Stallworth and Ashley Stallworth; 10 brothers, Eugene Doss, Michael Jackson, Lennon Turner, Eddie Turner, David Thompson, Tommy Thompson, Lewis Thompson, Robert Doss, James Doss and Leon Russell Jr; three sisters, Florence Neeley, Willie Mae Thompson and Lucille Fields; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
