Elisha Rinehart Jr. passed away Oct. 12, 2017, at the age of 87. He was born May 21, 1930, to the late Elisha Rinehart Sr. and Lillie Carter Rinehart.

Graveside services will be Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Rosemont Cemetery in Uniontown with the Rev. Lee Tate officiating. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Bell Gist Rinehart; brother, Perry Rinehart and sister, Emma Rinehart Stewart.

He is survived by his children, David (Maria) Rinehart, Paul (Lynn) Rinehart, Scott (JoAnn) Rinehart and Gail Rinehart (Bryan) Stevenson; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family will accept flowers or you may consider making memorial donations to Homestead Hospice, 3005 Citizens Parkway Selma, AL, 36701.
