George Eric Johansen, 85, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017.

Mr. Johansen was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lamey Johansen and his daughter, Becky Curtis.

He is survived by his sons, John (Pam) Johansen and George (Rhonda) Johansen; daughter, Paige (Mike) Tucker; grandchildren, Eric Johansen, Erica Reynolds, Madeline Yaeger Ray, Valerie Miller and Cliff Tucker; four great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members.

A memorial service was held for Mr. Johansen at Pine Crest Funeral Home in Mobile.
