Tom Carter Sr., 82, of Selma, entered into eternal rest on Sept. 13, 2017, in Montgomery. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 16 at 11 a.m. at Tabernacle of Praise with the Bishop Effell Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Gardens with Walker Mortuary directing.
