Mr. Arthur Lee Irby, 71, of Columbia, South Carolina and formerly of Selma, passed away Aug. 31, 2017, at Palmetto Health Heart Hospital.

Services are scheduled for Monday, Sept. 4, 2017, at noon at Lily Grove Baptist Church with elder Reginald Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Lily Grove Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Irby; mother, Lillie Irby; daughters, Debra (Randy) Durham, Charlotte (Shamia) Sivels, Rociana Underwood and Lisa (Thaddeus) Hawthorne; grandson reared in the home, Je’Quan Underwood; sister-in-law, Bertha Miller; brother-in-law, Maxie Cannon; aunt, Mittie Duncan; uncle, Frankie Lee Dixon; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and friends.
