Ms. Edwina C. Hawkins, 37, of Selma, passed away July 27, 2017, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Aug. 5, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with minister Maurice Carter officiating.

Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

She is survived by her daughter, Edrena Hawkins; four brothers, Anthony Hawkins, Edward (Derine) Carter Jr., Michael (Sophia) Carter and Orlanda (Nena) Carter; four sisters, Dianetta (James) Bethel, Ellanor Hawkins, Cassandra (Alfred) Morrow and Josephine (Leodis) Steele; host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
