Marvine Duncan Epperson, age 80, of Selma, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Epperson; daughter, Angela Denise Epperson; sisters, Inell Godwin, Christine Johnston, Eunice Peoples and Irene Phillips; and brother, Johnny Duncan.

Mrs. Epperson is survived by her son, Clifford Wayne Epperson; daughters, Carolyn (Curtis) Miley and Clara M. Rushton; grandchildren, Benjamin Grady (JoAnna) Cobb, Rhonda Cobb (Mike) Tupper, Shayne McKenzie (Mary) Roberts, Shannon (Robin) Terry, Michael Epperson, Jennifer Epperson and Michelle (Tommie) Majkowski; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Janie Groves and Jo Ann (Lonnie) Henry; and brother, Marvin (Edna) Duncan.

Funeral services will be Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Marvin Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 10 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Shayne Roberts, Robert Watford, Jimmy Champion, Darryl Epperson, Michael Epperson and Raymond Cook.
