Lonnie Lamar Green, age 74, passed away March 25, 2017, at his home.

Mr. Green is preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Ouida Green; sisters, Vivian Johnson and Betty Maness and son-in-law, Mark Huffman.

He is survived by Sandra Savage; son, Jeff (Cynthia) Green; daughter, Theresa Huffman Terry (Ronnie) and Greg (Carol) Trotter; grandchildren, Shelby and Noah Green, Mary Frances Huffman, Jacob and Emily Trotter, Avery and McKinna Goude; brothers, Don (Judy) Green, Steve (Judy) Green and Ronald Green; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. A service will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Steve Green officiating. Burial will follow at Plantersville Christian Church Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers will be Jonn Duncan, Darren Atchison, Donnie Carter, Noah Green, Jacob Trotter and Tommy Herrod.

In lieu of flowers, you may consider making memorial donations to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
