Mr. Roosevelt Moore, 82, of Selma, passed away Feb. 21, 2017, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

Services are scheduled for March 4, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Lily Grove Baptist Church with pastor Leo King officiating. Burial will follow in Lily Grove Baptist Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rosa Moore and Ed Moore.

He is survived by his spouse, Maggie Moore; five sons, Joseph (Sue), Daniel (Tina), Roosevelt (Willie), Eddie (Cassandra) and David (Pat) Moore; two daughters, Patricia Moore and Annie (Jeremiah) Hall; 18 grandchilren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
