Mr. York Lee Jr., 63, of Selma, passed away Feb. 5, 2017 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017 at noon at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church with the Rev. Melton Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Sandridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lula M. Lee. He is survived by his spouse, Martha A. Lee; father, Joe Poellnitz; son, Walter Reeves Jr.; six daughters, Angela Ramsey, Quenice Dixon, Shemekia Lee, Temekia Lee, Jaer’e Lee, and Janice Reduline; brother, Willie J. Lee; three sisters, Betty Johnson, Rosa Pritchett, and Lula Ann Lee; 18 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
