Billy Ray Manning Sr., age 67, of Selma, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Manning; children, Judy Seago, Shelly Williams, Rebecca Watkins, and Billy Ray Manning Jr.; six grandchildren, Lauren Seago, Brooke Seago, Trevor Seago, Emily Seago, Cameron Williams and Christian Manning; and sisters, Shirly Thomas, Sandra Tillman and Carol Robertson.
