Ludie Carl Moore, age 78, of Valley Grande, passed away Jan. 26, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Sallie Mae Moore; brothers, Troy Moore, Wayne Moore, Billy Moore and Robert Moore; and sister, Virginia Lawson.

Surviving are his wife, Patsy J. Moore; children, Sonya (Jim) Marrs, Sheri (Ralph) Zimmerman and Carla (Darrell) Pugh; brother, Charles Moore; sister, Louise Hopkins; grandchildren, Brandon Vice, Ashley Gilchrist, Farron (Josh) Yarbrough, Lacey Genard, Kayla Zimmerman and Mary Peyton Zimmerman; and great-grandchildren, Parker Vice, Tatum Vice, Piper Gilchrist, Maisy Gilchrist and Easton Yarbrough.

The family will receive friends at Selma Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, from 11-12 p.m. The family will hold a private service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
