Mr. Eddie J. Campbell Sr., age 83, a former resident of Selma, passed away on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, in Franklinton, N.C. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at noon from Elyton Missionary Baptist Church with pastor J.R. Curry officiating. The body will lie in state from 11 a.m. to noon. Interment will follow in the churchyard cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
