Ms. Athelstein Parrish, of Selma, passed away Sept. 11, 2016, in New York City, New York. Services are scheduled for Sept. 17, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church on Broad Street. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by her niece, Alfrae (Willis) Johnson of New York, New York.
