Flora Louise Chandler Spangenberg, age 78, of Selma, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016.

She is preceded by her parents, Robert and Mary Chandler; siblings, Beatrice Horton, Nelson Chandler, Vivian Martin, Maudine Carter and McAuther Chandler; sons, David Spangenberg and John Spangenberg; and grandson, Michael Spangenberg.

Mrs. Spangenberg is survived by her husband of 60 years, George Spangenberg; daughter, Marrissa Spangenberg; grandchildren, Joey Spangenber and Nichole Spangenberg Burdeshaw (Josh); great-grandchildren: Sidney and Adam Spangenberg, Dasey Morgan and Paige Burdeshaw; Braydon Cameron; sisters, Edna Earl Gray, Marie Mitchell (Bob), Barbra Moore; and numerous nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.

Services will be Friday, June 17 at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
