“She was released from the hospital, that was the last time anybody saw her,” said SPD Lt. Sam Miller. “The hospital doesn’t know who she was released to.”

Miller said Hunter has a medical condition and it is unknown whether or not she has been taking medication. Miller said for this reason, if anyone sees Hunter, they should contact authorities immediately to make sure she receives proper medical assistance.

Hunter is 4-foot-4 and weighs 257 pounds. She has brown eyes and partially white, curly hair. She uses a wheelchair but can walk.

Authorities said DHR went to Hunter’s home on Saturday to check on her, but the door was open and Hunter wasn’t home. DHR reported Hunter missing on Tuesday.

“She has made several attempts to go to Washington D.C. to contact an ex-husband,” Miller said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts are encouraged to call the Selma Police Department at 874-6611 or Det. Ray Blanks at 375-1003.
