Clyde Wilbur Harrell, age 81, of Selma, passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Ruth Collins Harrell; son, Curtis Harrell (Lisa) of Alpharetta, Georgia; daughter, Marie Harrell of Selma; grandchildren, Austin Harrell and Sydney Harrell; and sisters, Adele Davis of Jacksonville, Florida, Shirley Litman (Rich) of Laurelville, Ohio; nephew, Kevin Litman (Michelle); niece, Donna Davis; nephew, Bruce Davis; grand-nephew, Caleb Litman; and grand-nieces, Danielle Davis and Reagan Litman.

Services will be Saturday, May 7 at 10 a.m. at Lawrence Brown- Service Funeral Home with the Rev. LaRue Caraway and the Rev. Artie Plummer officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Hill Gardens Cemetery in Tuscaloosa at 2 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, May 6 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Jeremy Hoggle, Jack Mooney, Bobby Coley, Jason Coley, Andy Hobson and Dodie Morris. Honorary pallbearers are all employees of Harrell’s Refrigeration Service.
