Ms. Rosa Battle, 88, of North Carolina, passed away March 12, 2016, at Warren Manor Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 19 at1 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, North Carolina with the Rev. Tyrone P. Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Nashville, North Carolina with Richardson Funeral Home directing. She is survived by her brother, James (Bettye) Stallings; sister, Pattie Stallings Vick; and a host of nieces and nephews.
