Mr. Eddie J. Harrison Sr., 75, of Sardis, passed away Feb. 20, 2016, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 27 at 11 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill with the Rev. John L. Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery with Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by the mother of his children, Bessie M. Harrison; children, Eddie J. Harrison Jr., Eric J. Harrison, Cynthia Y. Harrison-Hillsman and Courtney D. Harrison; grandchild, Dorian J. Morgan; brothers, John Harrison and Jesse J. Harrison; sisters, Alberta Lundy, Catherine Lawery, Rosetta Wilson, Aljean Wilson, Frances Jones and Nannie Harrison; host of nieces and nephews; one daughter-in-law, Shirley Harrison; and one sister-in-law, Patricia Harrison.
