Ruth Lee Lockett Wesley, 71, of Selma, passed away Jan. 21, 2016, at Orchard Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hayneville. Services are scheduled for Jan. 30 at noon at New Vernon C.P. Church in Marion Junction with the Rev. Claude Cole officiating. Burial will follow in St. Chapter P.B. Church with Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by one son, Andre L. Wesley; three daughters, Denise L. Wesley, Barbara L. Wesley-Pettway and Sarah V. Wesley-Lankey; two brothers, Jake A. Lockett and Johnny Lockett; three sisters, Rosie Murphy, Buelah Watts and Missouri Lockett; five grandchildren; two sons-in-law; nine nieces; and seven nephews. Pallbearers will be nephews.
