A two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Chilton County claimed the life of a Selma man.

David Austin Banks, 29, was killed when the 2010 Dodge Charger he was driving collided with a 2005 Peterbilt tractor trailer on U.S. 82 at the 111 mile marker.

Banks was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further information was available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
