Juliette Calloway Davenport passed away Jan. 2, 2016, at the age of 75. She was born September 5, 1940, to the late John Wesley and Ethel Lino Calloway.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Simon Davenport; brother, Lamar Calloway; and sister, Faye Seymore.

She is survived by her nieces, Linda (Mark) Tuck and Rita (Tom) Richardson; nephews, Burk Seymore and Edgar Calloway; great-nephew, Shane (Brenda) Tuck; great-nieces, Lauren (Brooks) Webb and Hayley Richardson; great-great-nephew, Austin (Stacee) Rouse and great-great-great nephew, Owen Rouse.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Guy Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Davenport served at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in the Pink Ladies Auxiliary for 13 years; as so, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, you make memorial donations to the Vaughan Regional Medical Center Auxiliary 1015 Medical Center Parkway, Selma, AL 36701.

Pallbearers will be Shane Tuck, Tom Richardson, Austin Rouse, Burk Seymore, Gerald Hughey and Edgar Calloway.
