Eloyce Prickett, age 93, of Selma, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13. 2015.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Allie Gray; stepfather, Walter Gray; four brothers, Adolph Prickett, Herbie Gray, Eurell Gray and James Gray; and nephew, Newton Gray.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorene (Barney) Caver; three grandchildren, Alan (Sonya) Caver, Charlene Daniel, and Darlene Caver; five great-grandchildren, Tyler Caver, Chay Longcrier, Elijah Caver, Madeline Caver and Seth Caver; two sisters, Olis Prickett and Malene Williams and numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved her family and was a friend to everyone she met. She loved the Lord and showed Christ’s love to everyone she came in contact with.

Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Art Hartley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Caver, Elijah Caver, Seth Caver, Robert Caver, Bobby Young and Keith Dixon.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Charles and JoAnn Hise and the staff of Park Place Nursing Home for the loving and dedicated care they gave our loved one, Also, thanks to the staff of Homestead Hospice for their care of our loved one in her final hours.
