Roundup: Saints beat Chilton in OT again

Anyone who attended one of the Selma-Chilton County basketball games this season has to feel like they got their money’s worth.
Just a week after playing a double overtime showdown at Selma High School, the teams went to overtime again Tuesday at Chilton County. Once again, Selma found a way to win.
Led by Quentavious Davis’ 22 points, Selma (6-3) pulled out a 55-52 victory. The last time the teams met, Davis made a 3-pointer at the buzzer in double overtime to help the Saints squeak out a win.
Kentravious White added 11 points and Kiwansis Jones added seven points and 10 rebounds.
Selma will play again Friday against Wilcox Central.
Morgan 56,
Lowndes 50 (Boys)
Jackson Henderson scored 15 points and Woodham Kemmer chipped in 12 more as Morgan Academy defeated Lowndes Academy 56-50.
Sawyer Hopkins also had 11 points and six rebounds for the Senators (3-2) and Harrison Adams had six points.
Cameron Bohannon scored four points and had five rebounds. Morgan will play Patrician Friday in the first round of the Tuscaloosa tournament.

Southside 70 (Boys)
Southside (4-2) lost its second straight game to Hayneville Tuesday night on the road.
