Sam Simpson, 87, of Lowndes County, passed away Nov. 6, 2015, at Orchard Healthcare Center. Services are scheduled for Nov. 14, 2015, at 11 a.m. at New Bride Baptist with pastor F.D. Jackson and Russell Hardy officiating.

Burial will follow in New Bride Church cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
