Herman DeRico, 42, of San Jose, California, passed away Nov. 4, 2015, in Oakland, Maine.

Services are scheduled for Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Lewis Brothers chapel.

Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Service directing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Clark; grandmothers, Freddie Mae woods and Rosie Clark; grandfathers, Moses DeRico and J.W. Clark; and he is survived by his spouse, Patricia DeRico.
