Virginia Earby passed away Nov. 4, 2015, at the age of 73. She was born July 18, 1942, to the late Archie Homer Martin and Clarice Austin Martin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Earby; sons, Ray Earby and Billy T. Poynor Sr.; sisters, Lucille Golden and Edna Haire; brother, Charles Martin; and grandson, Billy T. Poynor Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald (Lisa) Earby and James Keith Earby; daughter, Stephanie Tarver; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Vernon (Mary) Martin.

Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Shannon Poynor, Brian Tarver, Randy Martin, Jerry Martin, Brandon Harris and Brandon Orvis.
