Johnny Bonner Jr., 55, of Selmont, passed away Oct. 11, 2015, at Baptist Medical Center South.

Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Potter’s Place Town Creek Ministries with bishop Patrick Bonner Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Town Creek Baptist Church cemetery with Walker Mortuary directing.

He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Helen Bonner; sons, Roderick Harrison, Johnny Bonner III and Jeremy Bonner; daughter, Dhestinee Calhoun; brothers, Patrick (Carroll) Bonner Sr., Jeffery Bonner, Donald Bonner and Octavius (Sonja) Bonner; sisters, Vivian Bonner, Stacie (Derrick) Daniels and Phyllis Bonner.
