The Morgan junior varsity football team (1-0) defeated Macon East Academy (0-1) 44-12 Tuesday.

A number of Senators made multiple trips to the end zone in Morgan’s high-scoring road victory. Mason Perkins had two touchdown receptions, Brayton Brown rushed for two touchdowns and Ed Williams also reached the end zone twice.

Morgan’s next game is at Hooper Academy on Sept. 1 at 5 p.m.
