Mr. Willie James Brown, 75, of Tyler, passed away Aug. 6, 2015, in Tyler. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015, at 2 p.m. at New Bethel with the Rev. Carlos Tubbs officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Gillard cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is preceded in death by his brother, John A. Brown; and sister, Dorothy Brown. He is survived by his spouse, Frankie D. Brown; two sons, Willie Gordon (White Hall) and Erke (Andrea) Bogan (Montgomery); three daughters, Angela (Henry) Grant (White Hall), Sharon (Early) Rush (White Hall) and Cherry (Tommie) Gordon (Kileen, Texas); 19 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; five nieces; three nephews and a host of other relatives.
