Michael Anthony Clark, age 51, died July 21, 2015, at Vaughn Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie Lou Clark; and sister, Lisa Clark.
He is survived by his father, Samuel David Clark; brothers, Sammy Clark, Daryl Clark, Lucas Clark and Derrick Clark; sister, Anna Clark; step-brother, William E. Powell; and step-sister, Jo Carole Powell. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 2:30 p.m. at Harpers Chapel on U.S. Hwy 14 E.
