Shirley D. Washington, 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio, native of Selma, passed away July 10, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Lewis Brothers Chapel with the Rev. Jonathan Shanks officiating. Burial will follow in College Hill cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
She is preceded in death by her father, Abraham Washington Sr.; mother, Norma Washington; and brother, William Washington.
She is survived by her son, Bryan Washington, Cincinnati, OH; daughter, Shamira (Dante) Rogers, Cincinnati, OH; brothers, Abraham (Mildred) Washington Jr., Alvin Washington, Clarence Washington, Donald (Deborah) Washington, Selma; sisters, Deborah Brown, Era (Willie) Hollinquest, Birmingham, Angela Washington, Doris Washington, Selma; and four grandchildren.
