Lee Polley, 49, passed on June 16, 2015, in Selma.

He was born September 20, 1965, to Guy L. Polley Jr. and Lynn Boutwell Polley.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father; brother, Wendell Polley; sister, Logan Polley Stringfellow; as well as special friends, Cynthia Kane, Dara Stone and Jule Perrin.

Mr. Polley made an anatomical gift to the University of South Alabama.

Friends and family will be invited to attend a scattering of the ashes at a date to be announced.
