Ms. Tracy Simmons, age 32, of Orrville, passed away May 19, 2015, at St. Vincent’s East in Birmingham.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2015, at 11 a.m. at John the Baptist in Orrville with the Rev. Curtis Williams officiating.

Burial will follow in John the Baptist cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral directing.

She is survived by her parents, Ardelia Simmons and Jerry Jones; sons, Trevor Jackson Jr. and Kentravious Simmons, of Orrville; two brothers, Barry (Deanderia) Simmons, of Birmingham and Travis Simmons, of Fort Campbell, Ky.; one sister, Veronica (Patrick) Lagon, of Orrville; four nieces; one nephew; five uncles; and a host of cousins.
