Today and Friday all high schools in Dallas County will hold their commencement ceremonies. As Pomp and Circumstance plays and diplomas are handed out, we wish the best of luck to the Class of 2015.

High school graduations are a milestone. Earning that diploma is something to be proud of, an accomplishment that nobody will ever be able to take away from you.

Now, it’s time to go out and use that education, whether that’s going on to college, joining the military or starting your career, and try to make the world a little better place.

It’s also a proud moment for parents, grandparents, teachers, counselors and all others who helped guide students to this point in their academic careers.

Good job everyone in getting these students this far.
