Ms. Mamie James Mitchell, age 87, of Harbor City, Calif., formerly of Dallas County and Del Amo Gardens Compton, passed away April 26, 2015, in Belamo Gardens, Calif. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2015, 11 a.m. at Miller Funeral Chapel in Selma with the Rev. Willie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by her nephew, Reginald Jones of Griffin, Ga. and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
