Alvin was born September 11, 1954, and passed away April 26, 2015, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Selfield with the Rev. Kirk Ellison officiating.
