Nannie Mae Johnston passed away April 18, 2015, at the age of 80.

She was born February 8, 1935, to the late Lester Pettus and Myrtle Lee Green.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Johnston; her parents; her siblings, W.C. Green, Evelyn (Black) Hotard and Daisy Lou (Elie) Naquin; brothers-in-law, Ivy Bourg, Jimmie Allen, James Sealy and Jack Foman.

She is survived by her son, David (Amy) Johnston; daughter, Janet Johnston; grandchildren, Haley (Scott) Foshee, Rachel Johnston, Tiffany (Megan) Robinson, Todd (Harlie) Fitch and Kinsley Mott; great-grandchildren, Abel Fitch, Grayson Robinson and Bowen Robinson; brothers, Richard (Virginia) Green and Oliver “Ott” Green; sisters, Mollie Allen, Faye Sealy, Emma Foman and Nett Bourg; sister-in-law, Fannie Mae Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Gardener officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 21, 2015, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
