John Webb, age 85, of Selma, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at Golden Living Nursing Home in Montgomery.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with the Rev. Daryl Moore officiating. Family hour will be an hour prior. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Mae Webb; parents, George and Lovelue Webb; son, Johnny Webb; brothers, James Webb and George Webb; sisters, Colrene Locklayer, Alberta Minor and Helen Johnson.

He is survived by his sons, Albert Webb, Samuel Webb, George Webb, Dan Webb, Tyrone Webb and Andre Lee; daughters, Sheyann Webb-Christburg, Betty Joyce Hammond and Vivian Sims; brothers, Lee Earnest Webb and Billy Webb; sisters, Elizabeth Williams, Sarah Willis, Georgia May Wingfield, Lola Harrison and Lucille Paige; 26 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
