Franklin D. Cater, age 71, of Orrville, passed away March 12, 2015, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for March 21, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at Providence Baptist with pastor Curtis Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Churchyard with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing. He is survived by his brothers, George Cater (Mary), David Cater, Bobby Garden (Mattie); nephews, Jessie Cater (Rosie) and George A Cater.
