Patricia Ann Douglas, age 60, of Selma, passed away March 5, 2015, at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for March 14, 2015, at 12 p.m. at Providence Missionary Baptist Church on Kings Bend Road with Pastor Kairy Crum officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
