Betty Ruth Warr Richerson was born Sept. 2, 1935, to the late Albert Leroy and Ruth Virginia Godwin Warr. She passed from this life Feb. 7, 2015, at the age of 79.

She has been reunited with her parents; her brother, Charlie Ross Warr; and brother-in-law, Jimmy L. Wallace.

She leaves behind her loving and faithful friend and companion of 32 years, George H. Manning; son, Jerry Thomas (Amy) Richerson; daughter, Janet (Buddy) Roberts; grandchildren, J.T. Richerson, Ashley Richerson, Matthew (Jessica) Roberts and Melissa Roberts; great-grandchildren, Addie Grace Roberts and Marshall Roberts; sister, Laura Pearl Wallace Allen; sister-in-law, Betty Warr; and numerous nieces and friends.

The family will receive friends at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with the Rev. Guy Anderson officiating.
